Michael Flynn brings more than 25 years of board-level international business experience to the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee of Limak Holdings A.S. Mr. Flynn founded MJF Consultants in 2003, through which he advises blue-chip international clients in healthcare, IT, construction, property development, public sector reform, etc. Previous positions include, Executive Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (representing Ireland, Denmark, Lithuania and North Macedonia), Director of ICC Bank plc, and Senior Executive Positions in Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and BDO Stoy Hayward. Mr Flynn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
