As of the end of 2023, the construction of the 59-story above-ground building with a gross area of 350,000 square meters, which is under construction at the Istanbul Finance Center, was 95% completed in Phase I and 75% completed in Phase II.
Within the scope of the Phase I shell and core works, the facade is 92% finished with civil works 97% complete, MEP installations 93% complete, and elevator installations 96% complete. Phase II interior works are 60% finished: MEP works are 88% complete and professional sound and lighting systems are 75% complete.
A 20% progress has been achieved in the testing and commissioning works of the 1st and 2nd phases.
In addition to the contractual works, dismantling and reconstruction works are being carried out in parallel due to the revisions submitted by the administration.
Phase 1 works are planned to be completed by the end of June 2024 and Phase 2 works by the end of December 2024.
