Within the scope of the Duhail Junction and Al Gharaffa Road; the improvement of two existing intersections, which includes 3.4 kilometers of new highway, 590 meters of bridges, 152 meters of underpass, 57 kilometers of rain water, treated wastewater and sewer lines, 60 kilometers of electricity lines, 2.2 kilometers of trenchless underground pipe-laying (microtunnel) and 19 thousand square meters of mechanically stabilized masonry works have been realized. In addition, the Al Waab road, which has a total length of 3.8 kilometers, infrastructure lines and 4 intersections have been improved.
