Limak Energy’s corporate social responsibility project “Energy Academy of Turkey” in cooperation with Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center aims to increase skilled labor in the energy sector. The second edition of the Academy has taken off in an official ceremony organized in Boğaziçi University and 100 young candidates of engineering are qualified to have NCCER certificates which are valid in 20 different countries including the United States.

Limak Holding has many investments in production, trade and distribution of energy sector. In order to develop the qualifications of engineers in energy sector, Limak Holding established the Energy Academy of Turkey in 2017.

Energy Academy of Turkey has ongoing online training programs. Students of engineering who came from various universities and regions of Turkey were examined and gain right to have the Energy Academy of Turkey Certificate after the 7 months of intensive training program.
