Founded in 1976 in a small office by two young engineers at the age of 28 in Ankara, Limak Group today is one of the leading companies in Turkey and a global competitor with more than 50 thousand employees around the world.

Started the journey with modest undertakings, today we are proud with the added value we have created for our country through hundreds of projects that we have realized both in Turkey and abroad in construction, tourism, cement and infrastructure industries. Over these many years, we have not only brought our group to the economic life, but also touched the lives of all our employees and their families, our stakeholders.

Critical milestones of our journey include new industries involved, expansion of our national and global partnerships, and handover to second generation, transfer of knowledge and experience on commercial activities to social investments. In return a strong and sustainable corporate culture has been created through better institutionalization. We strongly believe that the second generation of executives will extend the benchmark to higher levels and fortify the company’s brand and position in the global arena with their fresh vision and powerfully original styles.

In that respect, as the Founders, we are well-aware of the responsibility and feel the duty to carry our experience and knowledge to young generations at every opportunity and to accompany them in this transformation.
