Limak Cement Group signed a loan agreement with Turkish Development Bank for 38 million and 250 thousand EUR.  Sources of financing for the loan are the World Bank and the European Investment Bank. Limak Cement Group will use the loan for its investments in two of its factories in order to increase energy efficiency. When the investments are done, Limak Cement Group will have an energy saving which equals to the annual electricity generation of a 40 MW hydroelectric power plant.
