Since 1995, Limak Holding was active in tourism sector and the eighth hotel of Limak Holding was put into service in 2018 in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel which is the first hotel in the extra-territorium, is valued at 200 million dollars that the chairman of the executive board of Limak Holding Mr. Nihat Özdemir announced and told that “We consider that, tourism has an essential role in Turkish economy to reach the level of what Turkey deserves in the global area. Also we evaluate our tourism investments with regard to this principle. We are proud of opening the first hotel in extra-territorium, in TRNC. Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel has 1300 bed capacity and it increases the total bed capacity of our group which becomes above 7000. In 23 years, Limak Holding constructs 8 hotels. Nearly, once every three years, we bring Turkey new establishment. Our aim is increasing our bed capacity up to 10 thousand in 5 years.”
