Limak Holding has once again received the “Respect for the Human Being” Award at the Human Resources Summit sponsored by Kariyer.net.

The 13th Respect for the Human Being” Awards, aiming to highlight prudent Human Resources activities and share them with the public, have been conferred upon the winners with a ceremony that took place on February 12th at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center within the scope of the 2014 Human Resources Summit.

Award-winning companies are chosen according to following criteria: fast response to candidate applications, highest employment created, and company receiving the largest number of applications. Companies that managed to fulfill these criteria during the entire year are remunerated with the “Respect for the Human Being” Award. Candidates play key role in the awarding process of the “Respect for the Human Being” Awards, as they vote on the companies, the HR processes of which they liked most, and decide to which company the “most favorite company award” will go to. Besides, it is again the candidates who select the best job advertisement design according to content, visual quality, and creativity criteria.

With this award conferred upon our Human Resources Department, this has been the fifth time our Company received the “Respect for the Human Being” Award.
