At an official inauguration ceremony of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)’s acquisition of 75.5 percent of Tekstil Bank of Turkey, held at Ciragan Palace on May 26th, "Memorandum of Understanding" signed between ICBC and Limak with the participation of Mr. Nihat Ozdemir.

Entering the Turkish market with this agreement, ICBC , emphasized the desire to provide financing for Limak Group’s infrastructure, cement and other projects.
