Siemens technology is preferred for service and maintenance of the Hamitabat Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant’s equipment.

According to the agreement signed between Siemens Power Generation Services and Hamitabat Electricity Generation and Trade Inc. (HEAS), on Tuesday, June 30 at our office in Istanbul Zorlu Center, the gas and steam turbine service and maintenance will be the responsibility of Siemens for 13 years.

Hamitabat Power Plant is planned to take into operation in the summer of 2017. Consuming less natural gas in the plant and thus contributing to the national economy plays an important role in preferring the Siemens gas and steam turbine technology with high efficiency. Implementing the successful maintenance processes of Siemens in Hamitabat Power Plant, have importance for the efficiency and continuity of the plant and also for the sustainability of the contribution to energy production in Turkey.
