Ready Mixed Concrete-Plants

The Limak Ready Mixed Concrete plant network includes a total of 21 plants in Ivory Coast and Turkey, 10 of which are operated within its own structure and 11 of which are run under a franchising model. In addition to the existing plants, the sales volume of Limak ReadyMixed Concrete, which aims to grow even more in the sector with the facilities to be built for difficult and specialist construction projects and other plants that will operate under the Limak logo with the franchise model, reached approximately 2.3 million cubic meters by the end of 2021.

In its technologically advanced R&D facilities, Limak Cement has developed an innovative range of ready-mix concrete solutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction as a result of the emphasis placed on environmental sustainability, product and service quality.

Working towards solving its customers’ issues, the ready-mix concrete products are designed to support CO2 footprint reduction and energy efficiency of buildings, as well as increasing worksite productivity and improving the architectural and aesthetic impact of the projects.

In the product portfolio of Limak Ready-Mixed Concrete, which operates with a customer-oriented working principle, in addition to all ready-mixed concrete classes that comply with TS EN 206 and TS 13515 standards, within the scope of R&D studies;

  • Stationary pumped concrete that allows high-rise casting,
  • High strength (C50 and above) concrete,
  • Micro and macro fiber concrete,
  • Waterproof concrete,
  • Concrete produced in every color,
  • There are also concretes with high durability.

Limak Ready-Mixed Concrete continues its activities uninterruptedly in line with the obligations of the Quality Assurance System and the Quality-Environment Board and the National G documents.

Ready-mixed concrete R&D activities are conducted in three laboratories in Istanbul, Ankara, and Şanlıurfa, all audited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency. These laboratories were successfully audited by TÜRKAK in 2023.

The Güvercinlik, Temelli, Polatlı, and Nurdağı Ready-Mixed Concrete plants were awarded the “Basic Level - Zero Waste Certificate” in 2023, contributing to reduced natural resource consumption and promoting the circular economy. The Temelli and Güvercinlik Ready-Mixed Concrete plants continue to utilize and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. These systems help assess environmental aspects, manage occupational health and safety risks, and enhance overall organizational performance.

To maintain the Environmental Information System and Document Management on an online platform, applications were carried out through the LİMBES program. Risk notifications and assessments on environmental, OHS, and Quality issues are also carried out through this platform. The occupational health and safety and environmental training of the employees has been carried out through the Limak Academy online training platform.
