Seyrantepe Dam on Peri Water of the Fırat River on the border of Tunceli-Elazığ has a height of 31 m from the riverbed, with clay core center in a type of sand-gravel filling housing.

The total installed capacity of the power plant is 53 MW and the annual average production is about 180 million kWh. The facility consists of two units.
