Bağcılar-Güneşli TEM Connection Highway Junction Bağcılar-Güneşli TEM Connection Highway covers a bridged junction located in the middle of the Mahmutbey - Airport artery, which connects TEM and E-5 highways to each other and the entry and exit point of the Güneşli Industrial Center. The Ayamama Creek will also be rehabilitated simultaneously with this junction arrangement. The contract of the project, which is being carried out by the Joint Venture of Limak-Türkerler, was signed on 24 January 2002.

Construction of the Güneşli Bridged Junction, a bridge, an underground crossing bridge, three level crossing and connection roads will be realized within the scope of the project. Additionally, construction of Ø 1,800 and Ø 1,600 collectors on the right and left sides of the Ayamama Creek and three bridges with single openings over it will be included within the scope of the creek rehabilitation.

With the bridged junction to be constructed, the Mahmutbey – Airport main artery will be widened and transformed into a clover leaf junction. As a result, traffic in all directions will be alleviated and delays will be eliminated. Floods will also be prevented as a result of the rehabilitation of the Ayamama Creek.
