Limak Yalova Thermal Hotel, located in the thermal district of Yalova and with a historical value, was put into operation on 19 August 2010 after the first class relic restoration with the support of Gazi University.

Limak Yalova Thermal Hotel has 40 VIP rooms and it totally reflects the period in which it was built.

The facility will have 30 standard VIP rooms of 30–35 m2 with a jacuzzi and a shock shower as well as the thermal water, 4 large VIP rooms of 40–50 m2 with a jacuzzi and a shock shower as well as thermal water, and 4 elite VIP rooms with a private jacuzzi and which can be rented as 2 separate apartments, a 100 m2 thermal pool within a 85 m2 area beneath the Gazino building, and a SPA center including a Turkish bath, a sauna and a steam bath and showers.

In the facility, in the external area a glass pyramid consisting of the glass tube that connects the two buildings, an indoor thermal pool, and a fitness center, 3 small meeting rooms in the hotel block, 2 meeting rooms and a foyer of 65 m2 in the Gazino building, an a la carte restaurant with a capacity of 108 people on an area of 120 m2 overlooking the forest, an outdoor cafe and its kitchen within the landscape greenery of 5,750 m2 and a car park is available.
