The fermentation of the grapes for producing cognac was facilitated at the plant, which is located in Bayramiç village of Çanakkale. In the plant, there are stem sorting machinery with a capacity of 30 t/hr, a grape mill, a pneumatic press, 450 m3 stainless steel fermentation tanks and stainless steel stock tanks with a volume of 1,000 tons.
