As part of its extensive international portfolio, Limak is responsible for the construction of the Novy Urengoy Airport Terminal. With an annual capacity of 1.45 million passengers, Limak creates a new passenger terminal for the international airport, incorporating new features such as a hot bus tunnel designed to carry passengers through harsh weather conditions. The project was completed in 2022.

Novy Urengoy Airport Terminal, which provides transportation to the Yamalo- Nenets Autonomous Region, located in the northernmost part of Russia, was constructed by Limak.
Within the scope of the reconstruction project of Novy Urengoy Airport, a new passenger terminal with an area of 18 thousand square meters, three telescopic stairs and 12 check-ins was built. In the station square in front of the new terminal, a short and long-term parking lot with a total capacity of 300 vehicles was planned.
In addition to the passenger terminal, the project included the construction of a 14 MW boiler room that will provide electricity to the terminal.
