Like Limak Kurtalan Cement, Limak Ergani Cement employees undergo 35,5 man/ hours of training to ensure proper occupational health and safety management standards are adhered to. Additionally, in 2019, Limak Ergani Cement underwent significant transformations, making improvements to factory cable gallery lines and implementing measures to prevent the growth and leap in potential electrical fires.
As part of its environmental strategy, Limak Ergani Cement ensures that any dust and gas emissions released during the production phases are significantly below the limit values. Continuing with its commitment to be environmentally sustainable, Limak Ergani Cement made a significant contribution to the Breath of the Future campaign launched across Turkey on November 11, 2019. As part of its contribution, Limak Ergani Cement planted 250 trees in 2023.
